Welcome to Grail Grapplers Card Co.! By accessing our online store or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Products & Services
Grail Grapplers Card Co. specializes in custom trading cards, premium collectible slabs, sports-inspired artwork, personalized stickers, prints, and specialty collectibles.
Many products are individually designed and handcrafted. Slight variations in colors, holographic finishes, printing, and materials may occur.
2. Custom Orders & Personalization
Customers are responsible for providing accurate photographs, names, jersey numbers, team information, spelling, and other requested details.
Production timelines begin once payment and all necessary customization information have been received.
Customers may be provided with digital design previews for approval before production.
Once a customer approves a design, Grail Grapplers Card Co. is not responsible for errors that were clearly visible in the approved proof.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or extended processing times.
3. Payments & Pricing
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, and availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
4. Production & Processing
Most custom orders require approximately 5–7 business days for production after all required information has been received.
Large team orders, bulk purchases, and highly detailed custom projects may require additional time.
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon in writing.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and made-to-order purchases are generally considered final sale once production begins.
Cancellation requests made after design work has started will be reviewed individually.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our posted Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped according to the shipping options available at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates do not include production time unless explicitly stated.
Grail Grapplers Card Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information and promptly notify us of any errors.
7. Customer Photographs & Permissions
By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials for customization, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to authorize their use for the requested product.
For photographs featuring minors, the person submitting the materials must have appropriate permission from a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized party.
Submitted photographs will be used to create and fulfill the requested order in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not intentionally use identifiable customer photographs of minors for public promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
8. Intellectual Property & Fan Artwork
Grail Grapplers Card Co. creates original custom designs and sports-inspired collectible artwork.
Certain products may incorporate references to athletes, teams, fictional characters, or other recognizable subjects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our independently created products are not officially licensed, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the respective athletes, teams, leagues, manufacturers, or intellectual property owners.
All third-party trademarks, names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute original Grail Grapplers Card Co. artwork without written authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.
9. Collectible Products & Grading
Our custom slabs and collectible cases are intended for presentation, display, and personal collecting.
Unless expressly identified as independently graded by an established third-party grading service, our products are not professionally authenticated or graded by PSA, BGS, CGC, or other independent grading companies.
Any decorative labels, serial numbers, or collectible designations are part of our custom presentation and do not represent independent authentication, professional grading, or guaranteed investment value.
10. Bulk & Team Orders
Bulk and team orders may qualify for special pricing.
Production schedules, customization requirements, payment terms, and delivery arrangements may be established separately for large orders.
Once production begins, changes to bulk orders may result in additional charges or revised completion dates.
11. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that contain prohibited content, violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grail Grapplers Card Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Customer information is handled according to our posted Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of previously accepted orders without agreement.
